How to Use

Apply to wet hair, massage into the scalp for around 30 seconds, then rinse. Follow with the matching conditioner through the ends.

Spend the time on your scalp, not your lengths. The ends get cleaned by the shampoo running through them on the way out, and scrubbing them is how they end up frayed.

How many washes will I get from 200ml?

Roughly 25 to 35 for short to medium hair as a guide, fewer if your hair is long or you double wash. That's around two months of washing every second day.

My hair feels different for the first week. Is that normal?

It can be. Moving off sulphates often means hair feels slightly less slippery at first while the scalp settles. Give it three or four washes before you judge it.

Can I switch between this and my usual shampoo?

Yes. Plenty of people alternate, using a gentle shampoo most washes and something stronger occasionally to clear product build-up.

Is this the right pick for an itchy scalp?
