Shipping Information

New Zealand Only

FREE SHIPPING for orders $75.00 and over.
Standard/Metro Shipping: $5.75 for orders under $75.00.
Rural Shipping: $12.50 for orders under $75.00.
Waiheke Shipping: $25.00 for orders under $75.00.

  • 1-2 day targeted delivery within Metro areas.
  • 1-3 day targeted delivery for Rural areas.
  • During public holidays and weekends, parcels are sent the next available working/business day.
  • There may be delays in receiving parcels during public holidays.
  • Parcels sent on Fridays are delivered on Monday. There no Saturday deliveries.

Signature Required / Non Signature Required:

  • Signature Required service is our standard service. For this service, someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.
    If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the courier will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange a re-delivery of your parcel.

  • If you would prefer your package to be sent NON SIGNATURE REQUIRED, please add "NON SIGNATURE REQUIRED" or "ATL" in your delivery instructions. This means you have Authorised To Leave the parcel without acquiring a signature. The courier will leave your package in a safe place at the address provided, whether attended or not.

  • If the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange re-delivery. By doing so, you release Holy Grail Haircare from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery has been made.


Tracking your order

  • All orders dispatched receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to see the status of the delivery. All parcels can be tracked unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns if you contact us within 30 days of purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • A $9.95 restocking fee applies.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage and re-postage costs.

Damaged on Arrival or Incorrect Item Received

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your purchase:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and include a photo of the item.
  • Do not use or dispose of the item until we provide further instructions.

Faulty Product

If you receive a faulty item:

  • Contact us to report the fault within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please include a detailed description of the product and fault and include a photo if possible.
  • We will cover the return and re-postage costs if deemed faulty.
