It cleanses and works to protect the keratin structure in hair worn down by bleach, heat and regular styling. The formula is the same as the 200ml, so this is purely about running out less often.

How to Use

Apply to wet hair and work through the scalp, then rinse well. For hair with a lot of product in it, wash twice: a quick first pass to lift the build-up, a second to cleanse properly.

Decant some into a smaller bottle for the shower if the litre is awkward to handle wet. A full litre is heavier than it looks.

There's only one formula. The litre is the size salons stock, which is why it's often called a backbar size.

How many washes does a litre give?

Somewhere between 100 and 200 for home use, as a rough guide, depending on hair length and how much you use. That's a long time for one person.

How much should I use per wash?

Less than a litre bottle encourages you to. Roughly a 20-cent coin covers short to medium hair, and long hair needs two of those worked through the scalp rather than one big pour over the lengths.

Is a litre practical in a home shower?

Not especially. It's heavy and wet hands make it worse, so most people keep it in the cupboard and refill a smaller bottle. A litre on a wet floor is a bad afternoon.
